Your Data Stays With You

IMP Trade Journal does not store your financial data on any of our servers. All trade records, P&L history, and portfolio information are stored exclusively in your personal Google Sheet — in your own Google Drive, under your own Google account.

What we access

Your Google Sheet (read + write) — to load and save your trade data
Your Google profile name and email — to personalise your session

What we do not access

Your Gmail, or any Google Drive files other than the trade journal sheet the app creates for you
Any other Google services or personal data

Live market prices (CMP) are sourced via Google Finance formulas written directly into your personal sheet — prices are fetched by Google itself, and never pass through our servers. Your Google sign-in is used only for the current session and is never stored on our servers.
